Currently Hiring:

FULL-TIME / PART-TIME CONSIDERED

Job Overview:

We are ACTIVELY hiring for a Porsche automotive technician at our main facility for immediate employment. We are a fast growing, industry leading performance and racing shop specializing in Porsche street and racing cars.

Summary:
You will be responsible for Porsche street & GT car diagnostics, repair, scheduled maintenance, and performance upgrades in an efficient and highly competent manner. Specialty training will be provided for specific performance & racing applications.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-3 years minimum Porsche technician experience

  • Must have strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Must have a strong understanding of fuel injection systems and controls.

  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrain and suspension systems.

  • Experience with OE engine repair and setup.

  • Experience with OE transmission repair.

  • Available to work full time, and willing to work overtime when necessary.

  • Must have basic computer and internet skills.

  • Ability to work as part of the team.

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Willingness to adapt and learn as situations occur.

PART-TIME / CONTRACT

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our fast growing Arrive and Drive Experience program. You will be responsible for supporting the driver and the car throughout the entire on-track experience.

Auto technician students are welcome to apply. Paid training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years+ customer service skills.
  • Preferred 1 years minimum motorsport experience.
  • Must have some understanding of mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn as situations occur.
  • Available to work weekends, and travel to various California tracks.
  • Must have basic computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to work as part of the team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone to join our fast growing Arrive and Drive Experience program. Must be an experienced track driving instructor who has a passion for cars and instructing clients throughout their on-track experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Driver Coaching at the events
  • Manage and scheduling coaching staff
  • Sales /Client management

Qualifications:

  • Must provide a current resume that reflects all professional racing instruction experience, that includes track and/or racing instructor experience.
  • Must be highly fluent in Motec and AIM data acquisition systems.
  • Must provide at least 3 professional references by previous employers and/or clients.
  • Must have customer facing experience and be comfortable engaging clients.
  • Available to work weekends, and travel to various California tracks.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn as situations occur.
  • Must have moderate computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to work as part of the team.
